Drinking coffee is a favorite morning ritual of people around the world. Everyone loves to have a cup of coffee in the cozy company of your home, the favorite cafe, or take the coffee out and go to your workplace.
Great coffee is served in Italy, but a cup of favorite drink needs to be taken quickly. They drink espresso: fast, often and efficiently. Drinking in the homeland coffee, Ethiopia is a long ritual that can take several hours. Scandinavians are the world’s largest coffee consumers. Coffee drinks in this area every two or three hours. In Norway, eggs are put into the coffee.
That coffee is not just a drink, many Croatians will confirm. In our country this has become a part of tradition, or socializing. Every day Croatians find time to drink coffee, whether they go to a cafe or have a drink at home. Most people are unimaginable to start a day without coffee and drink it before work or as soon as they get to work. Going to a coffee does not have to mean that a person will only drink coffee, so the coffee call is more inviting to socializing.
Tourists, who come to visit us is clearly not clear how bars in Croatia are always full, regardless of the time of day and weather. This is also a testimony to the double full cafes in every Croatian town and even in a smaller place.
Coffee is not just coffee. We drink as short with or without sugar, we drink a regular espresso, a short black espresso, a long espresso with more water, an espresso with alcohol, macchiatto with hot or cold milk, cappuccino and whipped cream.
The thing is that Croats on coffee do not just have a chat, but they can deal with a serious job. We just love coffee. #CoffeeAddicted
